Mostly I don't walk
in rain any more
nor climb trees
except if necessity
for survival...

Never for fun
for I've gone beyond
time and gotten old ...

I may now contribute
to playing roles,
and posturing in various hats;
I look like a scared fool
up a tree like that ...

Any attempt is generally slack
to kid around with bric a brac
and things that no longer appeal to me.
