Software Plumbers

If plumbers wrote software
installed freely in our mother boards
would it be 'sewer' not 'servor'
found in Master Plumber Will Gatevalve's STOR?

Would Software Plumbers while writing the spec's
Include stem pipe, and water hammer arrestor;
... Would they write processes and APPS
for nipple, bend, ball-cock, and smoke testors?

In lieu of stipple, sort and/or SPOOL,
Cast iron, brass, and copper flash
would towers be made like porcelain stools
and be used as well for fixture casts?

Service industry standards has thrown us all a curve
and Software engineers might learn a few new verbs --
Would Software Plumbers while bending pipe agree
tapping some brass is where we want to be?
