Hermann Park with Friends

Older lady in the park
... I with friends
translucent scarf
about her face in the wind.

She might be here
for my first time
doing something new
out of thoughts sublime ...

For me though this might not be,
rather what she does
in Hermann Park, don't we see,
... I am not her judge ...

My friends are just as taken
she walks ably all around,
Our memories are brightly shaken,
she picks things up off the ground.
