Glass

Glass state clearly
fits neither solid nor liquid;
a mixture of characteristics
distinct with patterns
from behavior in heat context

A frozen liquid
at room temperature
solid, stretched glaze
runny liquid at 1500 degrees C

Softening, stretching, flowing,
heat forming equations;
basic element like solids plays
constraints in glass encouraged
to form certain ways.
