Demi, the Life Changer

Pre-approved
Junkily
Corruptible passage,
Others joined in
With prevalent sin
we all turned
away from God
But Demi found us
in the end, at the path
of trodden wrath

Demi, the Life Changer,

She'd return for me
when it's time

All I had asked
is where's my daughter?

... followed then all this free verse
under bentwood chairs
over expressed on oak desk
to delight of rest

I headed into the wind
Southerly to a heading
not marked as unknown.
Only as a son born
to find his daughters and sons.

I finally slept it seems,
as Demi, the life changer, crept
back into my slumbering dreams.
